“Live life with no excuses, travel with no regret”
If you’re anything like me, traveling is definitely one of the greatest enjoyments to experience! Before children, my husband and I would literally decide the night before to pack a bag and hop on a flight to the Caribbean the next day! Fast forward later to having multiple children within a short timespan, we had to learn how to adjust really quick since eliminating traveling was NOT an option for us! lol I’ve become somewhat of a professional when it comes to international traveling with infants/ toddlers! The twin’s birthday trip to Mexico was nothing short of an amazing time and here are the necessities I used to make our lives easier:
- Lightweight traveling stroller (Not only was this lightweight but more importantly it could fit through a standard single door)
- Extra comfy outfits for carry-on since there is a high chance of them having blowouts on the plane. Include multiple onesies, pants, socks, long sleeve sweater, bibs and fav mini blanket. Planes are usually cold.
- Carry on should also include diapers, wipes, changing pad, disposable bags for dirty diapers, and disposable toilet seat covers for potty training kids
- Fully charged iPad with preloaded games/movies incase wifi is not available (make sure you have a rubber iPad case for protection)
- iPad adjustable holder
- Children’s foldable headphones (universal plug can be used with iPad)
- Snacks, snacks, and more snacks (these kids are always hungry)
- Medicine/ first aid kit (especially fever reducing medicine such as tylenol, benedryl for allergic reaction, and sunscreen)
- Children’s Swim shoes
- Waterproof cell phone case (perfect for taking a million vacay photos of the kids)
- Sippy cup (only needed if they can’t drink from a straw yet)
- Traveling packing cubes for organizing (serious lifesaver). Also back of seat organizer for longer flights (makes it easier to access necessary items quicker instead of digging in your carry-on that is usually stored in the overhead compartment)

The iPad holder also clamps onto anything! We used it on the stroller, the dinner table, side of the bed… you name it, we clamped on it!
